I was referred to Dr. Barthell 4 weeks ago from my primary Dr. Diane Wren. It took 2 weeks to see her. Two hours before my appt. they called saying that there was a family emergency. I understand these things happen but was still disappointed. They said I could find another dr. to go to. I said no I wanted to see her. They told me to come back a week later.
