My experience with the doctor was excellent! I had been to another one of my favorite dermatologist about 5 or 6 times , Dr Lender, but my stubborn finger wart was not responding to her treatment… I went to get a second opinion with Dr Callahan and she got aggressive! I don't know about what Kathleen is referencing but I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the doctor. Friendly, courteous and professional is always my experience there. Maybe Karen needs to focus on her social skills before giving ratings.

The medical staff person I first met before seeing doctor was wearing her mask improperly. It was so loose you could put two fingers around the three edges. When I told her this her response was “I really don’t care.” I told the doctor about her. She said I must have heard wrong! Finally agreed to talk to her. Also knewI would never return so asked for copies of my records. I was never told I would be billed $8.32 for this service. The office is poorly run. Doctor seems OK.
