I made an appointment online to for a FaceTime consultation no one called me and the phone number on the email confirmation for my appointment is disconnected.
If I could give Zero starts I would! This is the worst experience I've ever had with any office, total scam! unprofessional staff and they will try to take more money then they tell you! I booked an appointment for a rhinoplasty from Groupon that was for 2400 after I went there for consultation and I explained to the doctor I don't want to break the bone he said I wouldn't need general anesthesia! I paid money to get my blood work and tests done and sent it to them after they cleared them I called to make an appointment only... read more
This office is AMAZING! The staff is very well trained and extremely friendly and helpful. I came for rhinoplasty and have been blown away by how far the staff went to accommodate and help me. I didn’t have my car obviously and was planning to Uber after surgery but the girls who worked there didn’t feel comfortable with me going in such a vulnerable state and not only drove me where I needed to go, but helped me pick up my medications and waited with me for them for over an hour in the parking lot!!!
