I've been going for a couple years and while my doctor is always nice and helpful the front end have always been in a bad mood and crabby everytime I come in. I had one of the check out ladies snap at me today because I asked her a question about what else I needed to do before checking out. Totally unprofessional. I feel like I can't ask them questions. I am always polite and nice to people who are there to help me but they can't even do it in return and I'm paying them. It's a good laugh honestly.
I had an amazing experience with Jeanean Carter. She exceeded my expectations during my very long labor and became such a great support for me. I recommend Adriatica to everyone I know and especially Jeanean
Great experience with All 4 doctors. Dr. Banks is my primary. We delivered via c section at Baylor McKinney and everything went textbook. I Recommend setting early morning appointments as they can back up and there can be a bit of a wait later in the morning.
Jeanean Carter is the best midwife. She was so supportive during my pregnancy, explaining every test, result and sending me to the best neonatal specialist when I needed extra scans. She also helped me keep calm when my baby's heart rate dropped during delivery. I now have a healthy 6 week old boy :-)
Liz Marley is wonderful! She's a friendly, informative, patient, and supportive midwife. Most of the office staff is great as well.
So frustrated with this group. I was 5 min late (because of crazy traffic) and was already marked "no show". It takes me 30 min to get there and there was no effort made to try and get me in. Then they told me I would have paperwork and that's why I couldn't get in, even though whoever I talked to before my apt said I could do it online (which I did) so that I wouldn't have to come early. Adriatica Women's health is amazing and Dr. Banks is the BEST!!!! We are parents today thanks to her. She is a dedicated doctor that is determined, looks outside of the box, and explore all options necessary to help her patients reach optimal women's health! The facility is beautiful and provides a comfortable environment for patients. I highly recommend Adriatica and their experienced and friendly staff!
Dr Banks delivered both of my kids. I was in the hospital a few times because of high blood pressure and got to work with some of the other Dr. In the practice. Each of them made me feel comfortable.
Dr Banks is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable. Even though she's busy she always has that extra second for that one more question I always have. She and the entire staff are very helpful and sweet. Loved my experience that I had during pregnancy and I'm happy that I will continue to be a part of the Adriatica family.
