They sent someone over to create a quote, I followed up with three emails and called them twice requesting the quote over the period of a month. They still haven’t gotten back to me. It was a complete waste of my hour and a half showing them what needed to be done. It was a very worthwhile job as well! They clearly don’t need the work.

Terrible service . They came to install a dishwasher .. didn’t complete the job and I was sent an exhorbitant bill without the job being completed . Awful customer service .. argued that the dishwasher wire was too short and they couldn’t get an extension to test if the dishwasher was working . Had to spend more money getting an electrical person and another plumber to test it . Won’t ever use this company again

I am shocked to see such low reviews. I have been using Adriatic for over 10+ years. As a property manager response times and a good accounting department go along way. Their back office is amazing and is helpful with scheduling and resolving any violations/code compliance. Highly recommend for any commercial or residential buildings. The mechanics are neat and clean. I have never had a call back from one of their jobs.
