Our family has been in the pizza business in the Pittsburgh area since 1974. After moving around, we opened our doors in Richland Township on Heckert Road in 2001. We eventually outgrew that space and moved to our current home on Gibsonia Road in July of 2008. We are a family owned business that strives to make the best food we possibly can to serve to our customers. Every Thursday is pizza night at my house, I always order from Adrian's; pizza is always fresh/piping hot and the delivery people are so nice!
They suck I will never order from them again the last 2 months I've spent hundreds of dollars there for pizza parties they refused to deliver a pizza because I called 3 minutes after the delivery date cut off it took him three minutes to answer the phone they will never get $1 from me again
Pretty sure if you’re not a jackass to them, they’ll return the favor. We order anywhere from five to ten times in a month from this place. Best. Pizza. Ever. I tip the delivery people well and the ones who take my order over the phone have always been on the ball. Honestly they’ve only ever messed up an order once or twice in all the time we’ve ordered. RUDE, rude, rude. Never again. We can get better pizza at over a dozen places nearby. Say goodbye to a 15 year customer, Adrian's.
Use to love this place but they screw up your order and you complain they will tell you not to order again pretty messed up! They have messed my order up several times and I never complained. They do not value there customers. Eat somewhere else!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered 3 subs. The one we ordered was a ham and cheese plain. When they came the ham and cheese was wrong it came with everything. Simple fix call and ask them to replace it. They tell me to just pick it off and literally hang up on me. Call back and ask to speak with a manager. Used to be our go to place for pizza , hoagies etc. .but something has changed.. Have you ever heard of getting an Italian hoagie with NO cheese? Only maybe 3 slices of meat....sliced small? The guy was asking did I want all these extras and I said no, no, no, just wanted a regular Italian hoagie, I get it home, NO cheese whatsoever!! What Italian hoagie has no cheese ? They screw everything up, take out or delivery! Their food is below average, their service is poor, save yourself the grief! I Try to support local businesses but this place has performed so poorly in every aspect!
