I ordered from Adrian’s Florist for an important anniversary surprise. I placed the order on Sept 1 for delivery on Sept 4 and called the shop on Sept 3 to confirm details. I was told the flowers would arrive around 1 PM and that the recipient would receive a call beforehand. Based on that, I told my partner to stay home all afternoon and to pick up any unknown number because a surprise was on the way. No one called. Nothing arrived on Sept 4. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I ordered a Deluxe Bon Vivant Fruit basket pictured below. The basket that Adrian's Florist delivered looked absolutely nothing like the product advertised and I was lied to at several points throughout the transaction.
