I spent over $80 for a DELUXE Valentine’s Day bouquet to be delivered to my fiancée. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. Around 1:30 PM I called to get an eta. I was met with hostility right when they picked up the phone. I figured it was a hectic day for them so I replied with nothing but kindness the entire call. Such an easy process to order dance flowers! Staff was so nice when I called to check, they called me for a double check, and the icing on the cake is what had to be one of the owners delivering. She was just so sweet. Amazing service.
