I've put up with the cigarette smell and very grumpy elderly lady that is there for a long time but this last issue has earned this review. I took my jacket, letterman style, in to be dry cleaned and even verified with them it was "dry clean only." When my wife went to pick up, it was with a group of items we had dry cleaned so she didn't notice until giving back to me that the leather sleeves were completely destroyed.
