I've put up with the cigarette smell and very grumpy elderly lady that is there for a long time but this last issue has earned this review. I took my jacket, letterman style, in to be dry cleaned and even verified with them it was "dry clean only." When my wife went to pick up, it was with a group of items we had dry cleaned so she didn't notice until giving back to me that the leather sleeves were completely destroyed. Super friendly and reliable. They really helped me out last minute and will have my business from now on!
Same day service Monday-Friday if you get it in before 10. Otherwise it’s the next day. They are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate customers. Plus they do a really good job.
