Wife went here and they made her wait over an hour to see the doctor, even though they have a "zero tolerance" no show policy where they cancel your appointment even if you're a minute late. Then they sent her prescription to a pharmacy in Tennessee for some reason. We never got the medicine and when we called the pharmacy they said they didn't do mail order prescriptions. I’ve been seeing Dr Rodriguez for about 4 years now. I chose her because of her Emory residency, knowing how Emory picks the best of the best. She’s extremely thorough with my annual full body exams, more thorough than any previous dermatologist. She caught and effectively treated a basal cell spot, as well as dealing compassionately with a cyst in a delicate location. Due to various skin issues, I’ve seen her about 10 times now. Do not take your child to this doctor!!! We used to see a different doctor at this practice for a few years and had a good experience. Unfortunately, when the other doctor changed office locations, we were referred to Dr. Rodriguez. Her bedside manner is not good, and I felt rushed through my daughter’s appointment. The icing on the cake is I requested prescriptions through their online system and a completely WRONG prescription was sent. I am very disappointed.
