Adrianna was so kind and understanding of our needs and concerns. She answered our questions even if they sounded repetitive or confusing. She understood the assignment as far as us being a family of 3. She went to bat for us when dealing with different broker's or Title companies. I definitely would recommend as she is patient caring and really does value you as a person
Don't be fooled by Adrianna's disarming appearance, she's a pitbull of a negotiator. We purchased our home 2 years ago, and we're so happy to have had Adrianna's help navigating what can be perilous process. Trying to buy a desirable home wasn't simple or a smooth ride, and getting outbid felt heartbreaking at times, but Adrianna is a total sleuth when it came to finding listings that checked all the boxes. Adrianna was so thorough with our purchase of a home. She answered every question promptly and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Throughout every step like submitting our offer, inspection details, and closing, she was there advocating for us. She even helped us physically move the washer and dryer into our home, which really goes to show how much she truly cares about her clients! I can’t say enough good things about her and really appreciate the hard work.
