AVOID THIS DENTIST! The dentist, Dr. Cook, is good, gentle and skilled. The front office is way out of line. Once, I called for an appointment to fix a loose cap that was fitted by my dentist in FL and they told me that the dentist was on vacation when she wasn’t (she told me herself at my next appointment). I would NOT recommend coming here. I made an appointment a month or so ago and was supposed to go tomorrow and I got a call today and said they made a mistake that I was dismissed by the practice and was sent a letter last year which I DID NOT get a letter and never received to this day. I can not give enough praises of this office.From the time I entered I felt welcomed.Everything was explained to me on my first visit and to my second one.I had 5 teeth pulled only felt a small pinch getting a ton of shots .My teeth were pulled and I thought he only pulled one and he was done.Sorry this post is so long.But just wanted it out there how wonderful this place is.
Dr. Hooks has taken care of me for years. My experience is always pleasant. I’ve never had any pain there either. She is always upgrading her technology to take better care of teeth. As far as I’m concerned, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. For the record I’m over 60 years old. Great staff.
