Sarah Holley was awesome and patience. We have been working on getting this house since November of 2025 and we are first time buyers. There were bumps with some repairs which was negotiated with the seller, as well as lender issues which was resolved and included DPA. Very happy with the outcome of DPA, closing cost covered, plumbing repairs and a little pocket change after closing.
Adriane was a pleasure to work with. I needed someone that would be honest and not afraid of putting my best interest first over my feelings. This was a big decision on listing my home and I needed someone that understood today's market challenges and what I needed to do as an initial investment to help me sell my home. As a result, my home sold and I appreciate all her efforts in making this a great experience.
