Their treatment was extremely bad; they are incompetent in their approach and dealings. They don't care about the customer. I didn't like their treatment or the way they spoke; they were very bad.

Dora was working on multiple clients at the same time. I was stuck there for 5 hours and she burnt some of my scalp. On top of that I didn't get what I asked for so she asked me to return on sunday but i honestly do not want to go back.
