Adriana's Cocina catered our wedding cocktail hour and reception and were hands-down one of the easiest, most communicative vendors we worked with. We blended Mexican and Italian cuisine and every dish was a hit: the Poblano and Queso Tamale Bites, Mojo Ceviche, Roasted Corn Tex Mex Ensalada, and Jalisco Style Churrasco were favorites, and the churros stole the show. For the months leading up to our backyard wedding, Adriana was communicative and friendly, answered all of our questions with clarity, and even came to our home to do a site walk through so that we picked the best place for them to set up.
