Adriana has been my go-to person for my general healthcare for a number of years. She listens well and is a trusted part of our family's healthcare. She makes sure if you need a referral to get it done right away and my prescriptions are sent over to my pharmacy and are ready within a few hours.
Lies about test results. I had to go spend $400 on extensive testing at a specialist who found nothing wrong. So the specialist has my original lab work faxed over from Ruiz and discovers the results were inconclusive due to a poor sample provided, not positive. I was totally okay the entire time but had to pay hundreds more because of Ruiz and her office wouldn't return my calls.
