First let me say I'm only giving her 1 star because I can't choose 0. I was referred to Dr. Gregorian for my newborn with a dacrocystocele of her rt eye. After waiting for an hour to be seen and the medical assistant who didn't wash her hands before or after touching my baby's eye, I was seen by the doctors resident who said my daughter's eye was good and everything was normal. Very disappointed. First of all the office is very disorganized. Don't expect your calls to be ever returned. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour before seeing a doctor. Second, Dr. Grigorian doesn't answer your questions. My son's vision dropped significantly in one year. After asking many times why it happened and what we can do to prevent it in a future, her respond was that its normal. I had to go to a different doctor for the answers. "Don't care" attitude and very poor service.
Shes always been such an amazing doctor with my son whos seen her since a month old she did surgery and he did amazing hes been through so mucj and she i just amazing and tries ti make him comfortablem
