Her office is unprofessionally run. I was rescheduled three different times for a visit with Dr. Frances because she couldn’t get her schedule right. She also gives attitude to her patients. I asked her to explain something again to me once and she replied with “did you not just hear what I said”. I would not recommend her office to anyone, she is the worst doctor I’ve ever had and her attitude was not appreciated.

I would highly recommend Dr. Frances to my friends, family, and aquaintances. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and diligent in her work. Never leaves a question unanswered and I always leave my appointments more than satisfied. Extremely professional as well as friendly. Her staff in the Kendall Sunset office is delightful and a pleasure to see every time I walk in the office.
Dr. Frances is a professional and respectful healthcare provider. She is attentive and responsive to patient concerns. I have confidence in her clinical and medical management of my asthma and allergies. Very personable, highly recommend.
My breathing has greatly improved because of Dr.Bonansea-Francesa ability and caring nature. Also, the staff and the office manager Mary are always friendly and professional. They make coming to the office a true pleasure.
I think there are not enough words I can say about Dr. France, I have been here patient now for year's so many that I can't count it seems and all I have to say is THANK YOU and I think those words are not enoug. She has battled with me through everything and has never gave up even when we have thought that there was no more solutions, Dr. Frances has found a solution to continue. She has me laughing and living life. Thank you Dr. France, I appreciate everything
Best doctor i have ever seen. She really cares and always takes time to explain everything clairly.
