Dr. Shah is a consummate professional and made sure that I understood my x-rays and how diagnosis and treatment would progress.
Excellent Treatment
My nurse, Toni was caring, kind and was VERY helpful in putting me at ease (no mean feat given my personality!) My anesthesiologist, Lisa was wise and had a great sense of humor. I can't remember the names of the rest of the team in the room (old-man-stuff, sorry) but they were all EXCELLENT as well. they ALL made a stressful day doable, I thank them all! I've been a patient of Dr. Sapienza's going on 6 years, he is one of my favorite MDs ever, I'm VERY glad that I met him!
I have been seeing Dr. Sapienza for many years and very satisfied with him as my Gastroenterologist as he always answers all my questions. He is very thorough and trust him with any procedures I get done.
I found that the staff were very helpful. They answered any questions that we would have. The actual staff that would be performing the procedure. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Sapienza explain the whole procedure .
