Wow. Very lovely service, very professional . I am in the UK and ordered for a vase to be delivered in Sydney. The team laboured to reach me for a phone contact to ensure delivery after two previous failed deliveries as recipient wasn't home. .. and they took on my last minute request to add flowers proceeding to deliver in under 2 hours. And I should add ordering online with you is so seamless. I had previously tried to order from another service provider but it wasn't easy ordering online so I aborted the mission. Ordered from Adriana Florist recently, and the customer service was fantastic as well as their delivery. Owner delivered the flowers I ordered even though she was not supposed to work that day! Quickly replies to messages too 👍🏻

Went in for a Mother’s Day bouquet and Adriana truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and gorgeous floral arrangements. They also had a lovely collection of vintage clothing which was fun to float through. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
