Waited three weeks to see Dr. Jackson. He spent 5 minutes with me telling me to quit my job and go swimming to,cure my back pain. He did not examine my back or ask me any questions regarding my pain. Total waste of time. He was very arrogant and had no emphathy at all. Do not see this guy.
Dr. Jackson did a wonderful surgery on my husband and gave him his life back. I can't say enough good about what he did for him. The whole process was smooth and professional!
2 years ago I lost strength on my left side and my pinkie and ring finger went numb. My chest and tricep muscle started to atrophy. It affected my job and I could never get a full nights sleep. I was referred to a few surgeons. Dr. Jackson was by far the best at explaining the procedure and answering every question I had (and there were a lot!) The other surgeons seemed annoyed at any questions at all. Choosing Dr. Jackson after all my research was the best decision ever! I Highly recommend him!
Dr. Jackson and his staff are amazing, They take the time to understand your issues and determine the best treatment for you. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for them and how much they have helped me.
At my first office visit with Dr. Jackson, he made me feel like he really cared and understood my pain. He was very informative and truly cared about me as a patient. I am getting ready to have a laminectomy/discectomy and I am anxious, but Dr. Jackson and his staff has made the process very positive. I'm truly thankful that I am under his care....
Its been a little over a year since my laminectomy of L4. I take no pain meds, and have minimal back pain.I have no burning, tingling, and radiating pain going down my hip, and legs. I went from applying for disability to working full time, and doing side projects. I saw Dr. jackson five years ago, at that time he recommended no surgery because I only had back pain, and I was improving with therapy, After another injury, and a worsening of symptoms he said it was surgery time.
Dr. Jackson cleaned up a ruptured disk for me. I'm in my mid 40's and it's the 1st time I have had major surgery. I love that Dr. Jackson tried to avoid surgery in the beginning and only suggested it when we had exhausted other treatment options. I'm so glad I had the surgery and am now free of pain. I appreciate how well Dr Jackson and his assistant Derek listened to my concerns and questions. I feel like they truly cared about me. Derek was always quick to call me back when I left a messages.
Dr. Jackson is the most compassionate doctor I have ever meet. He is truly concerned with your condition, however really listened to me after the surgery. Doctor's can only do so much during the surgery and it is difficult to follow through, however he recommended after surgery to walk, walk, and walk. It then transitioned to swimming to help build up my bodies core. These are tasks that I highly encourage as I was not a typical case and the expected outcome "not good", however I am great!!!
As an investigator of medical malpractice and misconduct, I am pretty hesitant to seek medical care. But seeing Dr. Jackson was the best decision of my life. His exceptional surgical skills and caring bedside manner put me at ease, despite being told I needed neck surgery at 29 years old. He performed an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion at my c5-c6 on June 28, 2016. I woke up pain free and was able to get back to my life almost immediately. I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Jackson.
