This was my first visit. I was greeted immediately, and given time to complete the papers needed. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was very gentle considering I was overdo for a cleaning.
I greatly appreciated combining a second appointment into one. It saved me a lot of time.
I was very happy with the staff. Very satisfied with the results of the work that was done.
What a friendly fun place .Everyone explained what is being done and why, from front office to the dentist!
Adrian Family Dentistry worked me in at an earlier time which was very helpful. The assistant did a very complete cleaning and took x-rays. However, they could not put their finger on what was causing my pain on the left side of my mouth. They are referring me to a specialist.
The office is very prompt, did not have to wait. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist was very gentle with my sensitive mouth.
Every single time I have an experience at Adrian Family Dentistry I feel like I've just encountered family members who honestly care about my well being and how things are going for me. The service is top notch and very specifically tailored for the type of treatment needed. The greatest part is the people. Totally make you feel welcome comfortable and want to come back sooner that your next scheduled appointment.
The whole experience from start to finish was a good experience. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that we had. The dentist herself came out and introduced herself, to us thanking us for our business.
We've had nothing but GREAT and professional experiences here! The office staff is professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable with any questions you may have. Our girls who are ages 12 and 10 are very comfortable and enjoys Dr. Ross. She is very approachable and explains in detail any plan of care completed or that may be needed. I would highly recommend this office.
