I lived here since 2023. I want to highlight the most amazing staff ever. The manager Rebecca Robbins, Asst Manager or should be, Alex MC Count, Leasing Agent Cassi Young and two of the greatest maintenance staff ever, Sam Battle and Di Keil Clowers. This is by far the only resident I lived since moving from Alaska where I felt like family and completely safe. The consistent communication and professionalism from Adrian on Riverside is an enormous breath of fresh air compared to the complex I moved from. I've only lived here for a few weeks, but so far it has been a 10/10 experience.

Update: Contrary to their reply, the issues were never resolved. Original review: I had a horrible experience when I first moved in because the apartment wasn’t move-in ready, and some of the issues still haven’t been fixed. The balcony has been unusable since I moved in, and it’s been 10 months. The office management changed, and things improved a bit. Came for a visit and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is very well maintained and the office staff were very accommodating. They answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information I didn't even expect.
