This place is roach infested and just nasty. We are super clean people and it doesn't matter what you do roaches everywhere! Even under the carpets! Save yourself the money and go down the street to another place. Management is nice but you can tell they're overwhelmed with this place, if you don't like bugs and dirty fluids being built around your toilet for no reason do not live here. I don't even want to post the pictures because it's gross.
Rents can soar as high as $2k. trash is often not picked up on time.
I have been a resident here for almost six months. The current management is trying to fix the mistakes of the former management company and have done a wonderful job in my opinion. Both Rebecca's One and Two as I fondly call them as well as Alex, have always been very attentive to my maintenance questions as well as any help I have needed. The grounds are well kept. I recently moved in and it’s clear my move-in was just another move in for them as there are numerous issues with my apartment that should have been addressed before I moved in. I was assured these would be fixed, but there’s been no sense of urgency. While the office staff is friendly and the apartment itself looks nice, there’s visible water damage throughout the unit, which makes me question whether necessary repairs were done prior to move-in.
