The woman in the office is a real jerk. They want social security numbers and when challenged she says if you don't give it she will NEVER give out ANY information over the phone if you call in . When further pressed she gets all hot and bothered and finally she admits that they will settle for the last 4 digits only. This is a HUGE security problem and why she didn't just ask for the last 4 to start with is ridiculous.
