I'm afraid I have to agree with the negative comments here. The phone system is terrible. No one ever calls back when you leave a message. They are only concerned with getting your payment, not your health. The facility leaves a lot to be desired and the staff is not very helpful.

I would give negative numbers if I could. This office is so poorly run. The people there are downright nasty. Awful customer service, dirty office. I never saw the same people in the back twice. They never seemed to stick around. They are extremely rude. I suggested to two friends to try to get an appointment and they both had to go elsewhere because they never got a call back. I've had to call countless times to get service. I'm done. Go to a real office.
The Best doctor I have been to! The office staff was friendly going above and beyond from check in to check out. Very nice office all around. Highly recommend.
I'd like to give less than one star but that's not an option. My experience with this dr was horrible. I went to see him because I was in a lot of pain. He did not even palpate the area nor did he look at it. He stood across the room very dismissive and not friendly rushed didn't listen didn't care. Horrible bedside manner. I felt like my visit with him was a waste of my time. I am still in pain and still looking for answers. I will not be seeing him again and do not recommend him.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2015 and Dr. Long and his staff have been incredible to work with. They have always made my needs a priority and were professional and loving all at the same time. I have Tricare so every other doctor involved in my care had to go through Dr. Long's office, this took a lot of time and attention and they were wonderful about it. I would recommend Dr. Long to anyone who is looking for a physician who will go above and beyond for their patients.
