Horrible. If there was a zero I’d use it.I came for bloodwork,fasting at 10:30 in the morning. For some reason I had $11 dollar balance. I questioned the balance from my deductible which I new was not true, told the receptionist I was very sick from fasting and needed to get done with bloodwork ASAP so I could get something to eat. She said she had to check with billing. So I had to wait in the lobby. Fine. Turns out it was something to do with the last office visit. Crying, sick I paid the $11.
