Been going to Dr Long for more than 20 years and have always been happy with his service. He always cares and does the best for me!
Dr. long and the entire staff at Crescent Beach care have always shown great professionalism, communication, and excellent medical knowledge with every visit I have had there. They do everything they can to accommodate a patient and their needs and go above and beyond. I have never felt rushed they always make time to hear you out which helps him better understand your medical conditions. They are truly patient advocates.
He is literally the best doctor I have ever had. He cares for my wife too and she feels the same.
Dr. Long is truly one of kind Doctor who is very busy for a good reason. He and his wife are one Amazing Duo Dr. team in St . Augustine Florida. He’s always been there for me and my kids and friends in St. Augustine and he’s up on the latest meds and treatment and even has his own lab now for bloodwork. Very blessed to cal him my Doctor!
I like the doctor, he is through and listens well, but he is very busy. I called in February to change an April appointment date and was told he had no openings until mid June, 4 months away. That is simply too busy for a primary care physician.
Enjoyed my first visit with Dr Long. He was very informative and professional. All the office staff were kind and courteous.
Always great experience and staff. Dr. Long always very thorough, explains everything. Lab staff awesome as well...better than any other!
Easy visit to review my blood work and update info. Wait time was perfect and I was able to get my flu shot at the same time (bonus). Dr Longs staff is always considerate, and I am blessed to have someone I trust as my primary care physician
