I've been going to Adrian for four years and he always intuitively finds the spots that need the most attention, and skillfully helps them release and relax. The space is warm & welcoming, and I look forward to going once a month.
If you have chronic pain, or an injury, or just general aches and discomfort from overwork or posture, you should try working with this guy. I had a massage from Adrian a few months ago thanks to a gift certificate I was given last Christmas. If I could afford to, I would see him every week. Our session did go a little over time because he gave me the time I needed to try to work out where I thought my pain was coming from, and I thank him for that.
