12 months for a repair really
We purchased a brand new Nissan X-Trail from this dealership for around $60,000. At handover, we were told the genuine floor mats hadn't arrived yet and would be ordered, with an expected wait of about three weeks. That was over 3½ years ago. Since then, we've contacted the dealership numerous times by phone and email to follow up. Unfortunately, been ignored and not received a response. Highly, suspect they kept them for themselves!
As always the staff and facilities are great. Service - as requested and at the price quoted.
