I bought new car from them about 3 years ago and always got service on time. and last time when I got service they said the car is perfect. but when I was driving I heard some noise from engine then I drove to them and explained that im scared to drive. the staff checked the car and said it can't be driven(it wasn't even due to have service). so suddenly without plaining i didn't have a car. the staff said all the loan cars unavailable and I need to call my insurance(it wasn't even my fault and they asked me to call my insur... read more
The vehicle had noise problems from the gearbox, so drove into this dealership where it was purchased from not too many years ago (still under warranty) only to be told I couldn't drive it anymore and had to leave it to be repaired. But no loan car was available, so alternative arrangements had to be made. This vehicle is used for the business the owner runs but no sympathy from the staff! But it got worse! I had my car serviced here recently & suggested a look at options to update my car while there. I’m glad I didn’t stay around after being kept waiting (despite 6 texts and at least 2 emails over the course of 10 days, so I couldn’t possibly forget the date and time of my booking).
