I was very impressed with the level of customer care by Adrian Brien Ford at ST MARY'S ADELAIDE. My Ford Ranger 24.5 Wildtrak was serviced and had the factory recall issues fixed. They provided a loan vehicle to me and the help from Ford Care was exceptional, thanks to Ashely who assisted from start to finish.
Excellent customer service — they accommodated a loaner vehicle at short notice, which was very much appreciated.
Five star treatment from booking our service over the phone to being welcomed on arrival to completion of the service with complimentary wash and vacuum on our. Coffee and waiting lounge was a nice touch and staff so friendly. Highly recommend this dealership.
