Serviced my car damaged my wheel and took a gouge out of the wheel, spoke to the service manager and was told that they would resolve the issue and fix the wheel, got the run around about booking in a time but never booked me in, the wheel repair guy was on leave and they would get me in on another day kept calling and never got through, Went back for another service and had a noise from the back end of car got it in at another shop to have a quick look and there was nothing left on the pads and gouged out the rear discs and... read more
Super disappointed in the way these guys treated my vehicle query...
Worst experience ever. I'd never buy a renault again and I'm telling everyone to run away from this brand of car. This service centre bill was $200 and 2hrs of no fix here's your bill. Very poor outcome
Just had my beloved BYD serviced at Adrien Brien, St Mary's. A struggle to work out who to talk to as they don't have BYD on their phone menu, and their chat bot said it would pass on my request and I never got a reply. I'd lost all faith so in frustration just pressed whatever number the phone menu said to get through to KIA service (even though I've got a BYD!) and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. A quite disappointing experience with this service centre. I booked my RAM 2500 in for a service a month in advance, and while communication was initially good—with the company updating me whenever there was an issue—the overall process was frustrating. Surprisingly, they couldn’t complete the service on the scheduled day because they did not have the correct engine oil, despite already draining the oil from the engine.
