Worst experience ever. I'd never buy a renault again and I'm telling everyone to run away from this brand of car. This service centre bill was $200 and 2hrs of no fix here's your bill. Very poor outcome
Just had my beloved BYD serviced at Adrien Brien, St Mary's. A struggle to work out who to talk to as they don't have BYD on their phone menu, and their chat bot said it would pass on my request and I never got a reply. I'd lost all faith so in frustration just pressed whatever number the phone menu said to get through to KIA service (even though I've got a BYD!) and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. A quite disappointing experience with this service centre. I booked my RAM 2500 in for a service a month in advance, and while communication was initially good—with the company updating me whenever there was an issue—the overall process was frustrating. Surprisingly, they couldn’t complete the service on the scheduled day because they did not have the correct engine oil, despite already draining the oil from the engine. I big thank you to Courtney and Alan for making this a wonderful experience regarding the purchase of my Navara PRO 4X Warrior,Courtney was very helpful and professional with every question she answered,hopefully will see Alan and Courtney again in 4 years when it’s time to purchase another Navara from the dynamite duo.
Phone experience was not very good. Booked car in online a month in advance. Rang 2 days prior to confirm & told I wasn't booked in. Didn't listen to me trying to give her my booking number, just kept saying if it's there she would see it. Booked car in for a later time than I wanted. My partner rang them to confirm price & miraculously my original booking was there plus she had booked in our second car that wasn't being serviced. Thankfully the service was better in store
