A quite disappointing experience with this service centre. I booked my RAM 2500 in for a service a month in advance, and while communication was initially good—with the company updating me whenever there was an issue—the overall process was frustrating. Surprisingly, they couldn’t complete the service on the scheduled day because they did not have the correct engine oil, despite already draining the oil from the engine. I big thank you to Courtney and Alan for making this a wonderful experience regarding the purchase of my Navara PRO 4X Warrior,Courtney was very helpful and professional with every question she answered,hopefully will see Alan and Courtney again in 4 years when it’s time to purchase another Navara from the dynamite duo.
Phone experience was not very good. Booked car in online a month in advance. Rang 2 days prior to confirm & told I wasn't booked in. Didn't listen to me trying to give her my booking number, just kept saying if it's there she would see it. Booked car in for a later time than I wanted. My partner rang them to confirm price & miraculously my original booking was there plus she had booked in our second car that wasn't being serviced. Thankfully the service was better in store
The Adrian cars were so aura sigma tuff. The car costed like 6 or 7 bucks. The effoc there was so rizzful. Me and da bois were there in Ohio and Cupertino. The mangos were so troll face. Steven was there it was so mason 67.
Needed parts for my car and they we're helpful and knew what they are talking about.
