RecommendedYesterday was a very difficult day. Dr. Herr and everyone there was very caring. Sophie got wonderful care yesterday, just as she has in the past. Yesterday didn't end the way I thought it would when I took her in the morning, but I'm sure that she was as comfortable as possible. Thank you, everyone. And thank you to Dr. Herr for asking questions phrased so i could answer with a nod of my head.
Terrible service. Didn’t know that a tattoo on an animal means they have been spayed. So proceeded with surgery to find that none was needed. 2 visits and they still aren’t exactly sure if my rabbit is a boy or a girl...
Good services but expensive. $32 for a 3 year rabies vac.... really? Another $32 to look at them, distemper combo vac $29, $46 for a heartworm test... Overall between 2 dogs it cost me $325.94 ... I won't be going there anymore. TSC's VIP pet care is cheaper. Humane Society is half their prices.
We have an older dog named "comet". He is 15 and requires extra care and attention. Their customer service is beyond excellent. The way they care about the animals cannot be matched. Thank you Dr. Herr, staff, and grooming room !!!
