My son had a scheduled appointment today with Dr. Burrows. This review is not for her, but for the staff. We were not able to go because the appointment time was changed from 5:45 to 5:35 without calling us first. I called at 5:43 indicating that we were going to be 5 minutes late due to traffic, and we were told the doctor was not going to see us. In my case, finding a baby sitter for my other kids is not an easy task. Not calling about changing our appointment time is disrespectful and unprofessional.
Dr Burrows is awesome with my 7 year old. We've been going to her for 4 years now and she is so kind, patient, and takes her time explaining everything and answering ALL my questions. I never feel rushed and the staff is also very courteous.
Dr. Burrows is truly the sweetest doctor I came across. She made the process so easy for my little one. I highly recommend her!
