How can you say enough about nice people. I was trailered in 100 miles by AAA after my alternator went out in the middle of the desert. Got there at 6:05 pm as they were locking the door. The manager walked up to the flat bed and asked if I was dropping off, I said yes and that I would leave my biked outside the service gate. He said no and signaled to a guy who was already in his car who came back and opened up the service gate. They took my info, accepted my bike, and let the tow truck drop me off at a hotel. I went in to get a spare key made and after waiting for an hour I decided to leave. The manager is the only one who makes keys there. He was out picking up his kids from school. I went in the next day and he was there, but he was with a customer that "only" he could handle. There were other parts employees there but he could not leave that customer. If only one person is allowed /authorized to do certain things and that person is not available, what is the second plan? Or is there any other options? I still don't have a spar... read more

Brought my Honda Shadow Aero 750cc in for servicing, get a gas leak fixed, new tires, tune-up, get saddlebags and backrest put on, the works! Had her there at 9:45 am and she was all done by 3:30 the same day!! Everybody there was awesome and very knowledgeable! I will ALWAYS bring my bike there for anything she needs!!! I got my Yamaha scooter there, and would take it nowhere else to be serviced, Albert the service mngr there has more than helpful and the rest of the store is just great!! Knowledge and customer service is so phenomenal...I would recommend these guys to anyone!! �
