Waited 2 weeks for a return call after they said they would do so(constantly leaving voicemail and text messages). If they don't want to do the job, at least have the courtesy to say so to the client. Very poor customer service!
I hired adrenaline mechanical to replace my water heater 2 years ago. Unfortunately Trevor forgot to complete the job which resulted in my home being flooded 2 days after Christmas. The plumber who fixed the problem (in less than 10 mins) said he didn’t properly crimp the water lines. Not only did this cost me extra money in insurance claims and leave me without heat in the dead of winter, no flooring for 3 months, it also completely gutted the unit below me.
