I love Adrenaline. My middle daughter I love Adrenaline. My middle daughter has been enrolled for 3 years and my youngest is now enrolled in 2 classes. The coaches have done a great job with my children...they have learned so much and have really progressed. The owner has really made a lot of obvious effort to bring a feeling of connection to members and parents. It's a business and owners don't It's a business and owners don't understand customer service. It is very critical to love the business you are in, especially when dealing with children (minors). Our experience there was not good at all and we have 16 years of gymnastics experience - 2 daughters competing USAG. There is a difference between an owner who is in a business to make money and an owner who is in a business because he loves what he does and makes money as a result. Best in the West!!! Our daughter has been at the same gym since 2003. She started at a level 2 in the recreation program. Today she is a level 10 and has received the BEST instruction ever. I not only credit the owners, Jason and Kim Kaplan, but the coaches as well. In the early years, Instructors, Jill & JoBeth were EXCEPTIONAL in teaching not only great skills, but life lessons. EXCELLENT GYM!!! AGA, owned by Jason and Kim Kaplan, is an EXCELLENT gym, very highly regarded in the competitive gymnastics community. Their coaching staff is knowledgeable and skilled in teaching all levels, from beginner to Elite. My daughter has been a gymnast there for many years and I directly credit her focus, determination and skills to the coaches and staff at AGA. Rude staff I will never waste my money on or subject my daughter to a place like this again. The instructor, Mr Steve, was so blantant about favoritism, even telling certain girls they were "so pretty" and not others. It got to the point of being downright creepy. I felt like I was bothering the office staff if I had a question. After the first few classes the instructor was suddenly a teenager who had the class doing things they could have done at McDonalds, learning nothing as far as gymnastics goes.
