Place is awesome! It's group training atmosphere, which keeps things fun and energetic. The equipment is legit—everything is clean and in great shape. Adam is awesome—super knowledgeable, motivating, and actually makes you want to show up. Highly recommend if you're looking for group workouts that don't feel boring.
Adam is amazing and this is a great spot. Very cool vibe and this has all the things in 1 place - from cold plunge, infrared, sauna, and of course all the workout equipment!
