Purchased 2 x bikes for my wife and myself yesterday, 2 days before Christmas. Emailed to ask a question regarding price and almost immediately received a reply. The whole dealing was extremely quick and streamlined. Very happy to say that I’m more than impressed with the service received and would happily shop there again in a heartbeat.
I took my bike in there this morning just to fix a puncture, met by Dave who said it would be finished the next day. I told him there was no rush and to call when it was done. 4 hours later I get a call saying it is ready. When i went back a lady served me and another gentleman got my bike for me. Everyone was so polite and had a smile on their face, it was a pleasure to go there.
i had a zero 10x that needed a new tube replaced and sent it in, was done in the next 24 hours, along with that they basically did a full service of my scooter and aligned my brakes properly. amazing service and great prices 11/10 for service couldn’t recommend a better shop!
