As a retired Tour guide, I'd like to think I have some knowledge of customer service. With this in mind I tip my hat to the folks at Adrenalin Cycling. They replaced the rear tube on my deflated e-scooter in record time. I literally could have just waited in the shop as it would have been an hour, tops.
