My company received a chargeback this morning for a set of wheels that was purchased by Daryl @ Adrena Garage in November of 2023. Wheels were delivered promptly, no issues at the time of purchase. Do not do business with Adrena Garage.
Was a customer for several years. This spring they said my tires and rims were stolen. They replaced them.... but now for my winter change over they have ghosted me twice. The new owner has told me to lawyer up if I want my wheels and tires back. No idea what is going on here but I wouldn't trust these guys again.
I really wanted to believe in this repair facility. My son brought my vehicle in about 2 weeks ago to check vibration in steering (appointment booked). A road force balancing and tire rotation was performed for a fee of $180, tax included. Only cash was accepted (system down) and no receipt or invoice for work provided (not even handwritten).
