Great service. If I have an issue or question the management team quickly provides me assistance and resolves my issues satisfactorily. iIt is a pleasure working with the management team. Faye and Rozel are friendly and pleasant to work with. As a past board member and current resident of a community managed by ADRA Property Management, I would recommend this company. The property manager Chelsa is a hard-working and diligent CAM who is passionate about her work and works hard to carry out the association's work.
I regret to say that my experience with ADRA Properties Management has been profoundly disappointing. Their lack of responsibility and unresponsiveness to requests or emails has been a recurring issue. Despite numerous attempts to communicate concerns or address issues regarding property maintenance, repairs, or even general inquiries, the response from ADRA Properties Management has been consistently lacking.
