Where do I start! I couldn’t be happier. They installed 3 garage doors at my house. They did it quickly, and for the best price after I called 3 other companies. The technician answered all my questions and was super patient and helpful with showing me how to connect the opener to my phone. Would recommend 1000x over!
STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I've ever had. Installed a damaged garage door. Was told that it would be repaired and I would be compensated. NEITHER has happened. It's been 3 months. They will not return emails, voicemail and text messages. Another issue i was told by sales guy at time of sale that door was excalty the same design as my neighbors. WRONG! We just recently had our brand new garage door installed by Denis and Alex. They did a fantastic job and I liked that they were super sweet and patient to allow me to decide on the look of the garage door panels.
