Called for a next day appointment and ended up having a service call within the hour. I had a great experience with Denis, who fixed my garage door opener quickly and was very respectful to the property. Highly recommended company.
STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I've ever had. Installed a damaged garage door. Was told that it would be repaired and I would be compensated. NEITHER has happened. It's been 3 months. They will not return emails, voicemail and text messages. Another issue i was told by sales guy at time of sale that door was excalty the same design as my neighbors. WRONG! Wow, let me tell you on the weekend I went to open my garage door and it collapsed. I called ADR Garage door spoke to Iris told her the issue, she knew exactly what to do. She gave me an appointment in an hour on a weekend, Denis came out promptly and told me exactly what I need, Raya made me an appointment Monday morning. Denis and Alex did the repairs fast and efficient at a fair price they did awesome job. Thank you for the great work Denis, Alex, Raya and Iris. Sincerely Irene, Angelo and Joe.
I called ADR Garage door and they came within 1 hour to replace my spring and cables. Great customer service from the office.
Amazing job! Super clean lines. Workers (Denis & Alex) were great and answered any and all questions. Usually when getting a good deal something suffers but they hit it all. (Quality, workmanship and cost). Even their customer service was on point! Very happy customer
