This is the second time I use ADR for my garage door needs. This time my spring snapped in half. I called them Sunday afternoon and by Monday at 12:30 p.m. my garage door was once again operational. They are efficient, considerate, never upsell, and have great prices compared to competitors. Little things such as Alex (technician) messaging me to give me an ETA make a big difference. STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I've ever had. Installed a damaged garage door. Was told that it would be repaired and I would be compensated. NEITHER has happened. It's been 3 months. They will not return emails, voicemail and text messages. Another issue i was told by sales guy at time of sale that door was excalty the same design as my neighbors. WRONG! Called for a next day appointment and ended up having a service call within the hour. I had a great experience with Denis, who fixed my garage door opener quickly and was very respectful to the property. Highly recommended company.
