This is the second time I use ADR for my garage door needs. This time my spring snapped in half. I called them Sunday afternoon and by Monday at 12:30 p.m. my garage door was once again operational. They are efficient, considerate, never upsell, and have great prices compared to competitors. Little things such as Alex (technician) messaging me to give me an ETA make a big difference. STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I've ever had. Installed a damaged garage door. Was told that it would be repaired and I would be compensated. NEITHER has happened. It's been 3 months. They will not return emails, voicemail and text messages. Another issue i was told by sales guy at time of sale that door was excalty the same design as my neighbors. WRONG! Wow, let me tell you on the weekend I went to open my garage door and it collapsed. I called ADR Garage door spoke to Iris told her the issue, she knew exactly what to do. She gave me an appointment in an hour on a weekend, Denis came out promptly and told me exactly what I need, Raya made me an appointment Monday morning. Denis and Alex did the repairs fast and efficient at a fair price they did awesome job. Thank you for the great work Denis, Alex, Raya and Iris. Sincerely Irene, Angelo and Joe.
Called for a next day appointment and ended up having a service call within the hour. I had a great experience with Denis, who fixed my garage door opener quickly and was very respectful to the property. Highly recommended company.
