My wife and I went to mail a little electronic device with a pre-paid UPS shipping label: the man at the desk looked at the label and said "it will cost you $4 to use that". That, plus a perhaps average price of $5 for packing material, came to an uncomfortable $9, which I was willing to pay. The last straw? When he offered to let me pay $3 to use my debit card! I felt nicked and dimed enough: I left and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time there either.
