CAN'T CONTACT ANYBODY
This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a payroll provider. ADP intentionally failed to file our last quarterly report, even though we clearly told them it needed to be submitted before the end of the quarter — and we have recorded conversations to prove it. They filed some submissions but didn’t pay them, shifting the responsibility and penalties onto us. I strongly advise anyone to avoid using ADP. Their communication is terrible: they don’t respond to emails, they provide conflicting information, and they show absolutely no accountability. I called today to confirm that my service had been canceled and that ADP had notified the state there were no employees. Instead, I discovered they never actually canceled my account in their system, even though my last payroll was in August 2024 and I had already provided notice to terminate their services. Didn’t even get past the rude person trying to quote me insurance. Honestly was a complete ignorant mockery. And I got ran through several hoops to get to the quote so it was very unprofessional they have someone on calls like that. Wish I could negative review it.
