Once the service professional is actually at your house, their work is efficient and professional. But, scheduling appointments and getting ahold of this company when they don’t show is a NIGHTMARE. I have a claim with Choice Home Warranty that they were supposed to come and fix today from 9-12. No call to explain delay, they don’t answer the phone when I call. It’s 12:30 so my guess is that they will not be coming. This also happened when the company came out to take photos to see if choice would cover the issue. Time frame... read more
