I went there yesterday for a keratin treatment, As soon as I got there I was greeted by the staff, then one of the lady preceded to start to wash my hair, it was the same lady that did my keratin treatment, she was super cool and professional when it came to answering my questions regarding my hair issues. This young looking lady over processed my hair. She was doing highlights. And was very brutal when combing it and straightening it. On bleached hair or any time you get a chemical service you are damaging your hair. When taking out the foils she was just yaking it out im sure there was fall out of hair. I can pull strains of my hair and it will stretch and then break. My hair took alot of damage. I do not recommend this place. My mistake on this decision.
