I wanted to love them. Unfortunately this is not a payroll company that actually handles your payroll. It’s self service - like self checkout at Walmart (only worse) - sigh. If you need something done, they reply with “all you have to do is login in and do it yourself.” And if they screw something up you are on your own. Basically I’m paying ADP but have created a job for myself and having to learn how to handle my own payroll now.

Wes the sales rep promised ADP would be able to assist with a past tax issue I had due to another payroll company. I agreed to work with them based off of this promise. I have text messages with him acknowledging such. Fast forward two weeks later, after I’ve signed the contract, and he comes into my business unannounced.
