Damaged a gold bracelet that was given to me by my grandfather pretty badly. I was honestly really worried and concerned that it could not be repaired to the condition I got it in. Adornment and Theory repaired it back to brand new condition! I cannot describe how happy and satisfied I am. Would highly recommend them for jewelry repair!
My husband and I bought our wedding bands here, and I cannot recommend enough! We have lived in the neighborhood a long time, and wanted to shop local. I do not typically wear jewelry and am picky, but I found a beautiful, unique, understated band that is perfect for me. Madison was super helpful, and accommodated a quick turnaround time for our last minute city hall wedding. Thank you!!
The staff at A&T are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we interacted with was patient and answered all of our questions; we never felt pressured by the sales staff here. We returned a few months later to make our purchases final and are very happy with service and overall experience. The production time was quick and we received beautifully made wedding rings - I highly recommend supporting this local business, especially for your special occasion needs.
Would not recommend this place unless you’re super into being charged multiple times for employee errors. We had some family heirloom rings appraised and resized for our wedding, and my fiancé's ring had to be resized three separate times (based on the sizing recommendations given by the employees). They repeatedly measured and/or adjusted the rings incorrectly, and then charged us two separate times for fixing their own mistakes. Now we have a ring that still does not fit 5 days before our wedding! Cheers!!
