Great Job, had tooth extracted and went very well. Dr was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Most important was very little pain!!!!! Entire staff was very pleasant. My only down side was cost as I did not have insurance but would definitely see him again (just hope not too soon). I have already recommended him.

For my consultation, he said he would use propofol and versed for anesthesia. I expressed my concerns about propofol. On the day of my surgery, I signed a contract stating that a Med student would ONLY observe. However, after I was ready in the chair, he allowed the observer to start the IV. She was given 2 attempts, & it was not done well. I woke up after only 2 of my 4 teeth were pulled. And had problems for the following 6 months, inc. dry socket. I am disappointed, & would NOT recommend.

If something comes up abnormal in your lab work, office doesn't explain results of lab work (even after you ask), and just leaves you worried and trying to guess what the results could indicate. Instead, she just refers you to a specialist with no further information. However, during a routine physical she is thorough, but as I said, don't expect you're concerns or questions to be taken seriously or have anything explained to you. Nurses have zero personality.

Dr. Albanese was wonderful with my toddler. She answered all questions, and addressed all areas of concern. If I had to sum up our experience with her today, I would say she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

Dr. Perlanski is a wonderful doctor. She is very professional and compassionate!! Her staff is kind and helpful.

I looked for an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth for years and finally came across Dr. Adornato. I was very nervous about the procedure but he has been fantastic. He called me back even after hours and very early mornings to get me in post-op and has gone above and beyond. The only oral surgeon in the CNY area I would recommend.

Checking in is an arduous process, as patients are bombarded by no fewer than 25 questions about conditions and changes and depression -- which the staff either already know the answers to, or are completely irrelevant to the reason you're there. Then the doctor comes in. Whenever I feel sick, she seems to smirk, as if she has a bet with herself that I'll be sick and she's just won. She minimizes my symptoms, and makes me feel small. Her office is not forthcoming with test results.
