I love going to Adorn! Jenny always shapes my nails perfectly and Kenny makes the best drinks.
My regular tech Linh moved to this location. I heard so many good things about Adorn I was really excited about going. I met the owner Kenny & when I tell you so down to earth. Never since I have been in Texas have I ever been greeted to make me feel like home. Not just a dollar. The shop as a bar, clean nail kits & a great ambiance. The music is on point for all genres. There are some really talented artists in there. Nhi gives you the massage of the century. Please drop by & tell them Char sent you.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! All the staff were super personable and helpful and remembered my name, brought me complimentary drinks, gave the best foot/leg/hand/neck/shoulder massages, and did an amazing job on my nails! From the get-go, they treated me like a celebrity and were so kind, checking in frequently to make sure I was comfortable! 11/10 would recommend; I’ve found my new favorite nail/massage place! It was the perfect way to relax after a jog!!
Excellent customer service and attention to detail by all technicians on my three visits so far, but especially Kenny, the manager. He’s personable and attentive. He really stands out from all the places I’ve been to in the area over the years. Keep up the great work, Kenny!
As I followed my longtime nail tech, Linh, to Adorn Nails I was not disappointed in my new salon! This place is as amazing as Linh. A beautifully decorated place that the cleanliness is above & beyond, the variety of services is truly remarkable, the beverage offerings are spectacular, and the only thing that outshines the previous mentions is the guest service of the employees. Thank you for the experience, I will be glad to keep coming back!
