We have seen Alana for several lice emergencies over the past 7 years...she is calm under difficult circumstances and has always made my kids feel at ease. Everything she does is based on science and she does a ton of her own research which makes me feel very secure about the treatment. And the most important thing: we had NEVER had a recurrence after having been treated by her!!
